I used to run my own garage door

business and was accustomed

to a good level of income prior

to joining Comfortable

Conservatories in 2017. I was

looking for an opportunity to

maintain or better my standard of

living and I have to say, I have been

absolutely delighted with the level of income

I have been able to achieve. I work hard and am very

dedicated to my job and my pay definitely reflects that. My best

week was £5,700. Not a bad result!

As a Comfortable Conservatories Self Employed

Field Sales Representative, your earnings are uncapped.

We are pleased to offer the most generous commission

structure available in our industry. Upto 12.5% Commission, excellent bonuses and performance

related sales incentives. On average, it is usual for a Comfortable Conservatories field sales representative to earn between £55,000 and £110,000 per annum. Payments are made weekly, two weeks in arrears. A new sales representative would expect to earn £2500 - £3,500 within their first month.

Where and When Would I Be Expected To Work?

Gavyn Lugsden

I joined the sales team at

Comfortable Conservatories in

2016. I am a keen amateur

dramatist and part time drama

teacher. I also have a young

family, all of which I am pleased to

dedicate time to. My manager always

makes sure that my appointments are

made for times I am available and I have

to say, this works out really well with my busy life and

family commitments. That said, I am generally in the top

3 sales people nationally and earn a great living whilst

enjoying my hobbies and interests.

As a self employed sales person,  you are able to maintain

a good balance between work and home life. We expect our

Field Sales Representatives to be available to see customers

5 days out of the week. You will be required to work

evening and weekend appointments generally within a

40 mile radius of your home location. Comfortable Conservatories offer a flexible working environment in terms of any time off you require, as your sales manager will work closely with your personal diary and rotas.

I have worked for

Comfortable Conservatories

since 2016. I started off in the

marketing department, dealing

with incoming enquiries. I was

trained to work out quotations for

customers and learned all aspects

of the products and services we offer.

I have worked my way up to my current

position as Sales Manager and it is my job

to ensure all of the appointments that are scheduled, are

comfirmed to a high standard. This benefits the customer

as well as makes sure our sales representatives can offer

the very best advice every time.

Comfortable Conservatory operate a quality over quantity

approach to lead production. All company leads are incoming

enquiries from genuinely interested customers. All enquiries

are spoken to and confirmed by our fully trained internal

marketing managers, with all questions professionally answered including average prices and costs given

when requested. A Comfortable Conservatories Field Sales Representative can expect between 6 and 10 confirmed appointments each week. You will be expected to leaflet around your own installations and also maintain good relations with your own customers to achieve self generated recommendations and referrals.
