Building Control Advice

Conservatory roof insulations systems, including our bespoke insulated tiled conservatory roof, generally require Building Control approval and Comfortable Conservatories are pleased to advise on how to go about registering an installation for inspection and certification.

Comfortable Conservatories are partnered with Civicance to provide all of our customers a professional service in regards to registering their installations with Building Control for inspection and certification.

Civicance is affiliated with Local Authority Building Control

and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in building

design and construction. It is based on a publicly accountable and

independent service, ensuring that buildings comply with relevant

legal requirements for health and safety. Aiming to assist you in

producing high quality buildings in a time scale which keeps

your costs to a minimum by providing a fast, efficient and cost

effective building control service.

The Bespoke Comfortable Conservatories tiled conservatory roof

uses only materials that adhere to all aspects of current Building Regulations.

We always advise that individual projects are inspected by a building

control officer from your local council, as a matter of course, for a

completion certificate to be issued.

There is a fee involved in this process, which varies with

individual area, your advisor or a member of our staff would be pleased to

go through the steps required and arrange for the application to be

submitted on your behalf through our partner company Civicance.
